Smart Proposal File: Created an all-in-one proposal that includes packages, add-ons, a contract, invoice, and payment page. Clients can select their desired options, sign the contract, and pay the retainer—all in one place.

Automated Workflow: Designed a workflow that sends an automated welcome email with a link to the proposal as soon as the contact form is submitted.

Post-Payment Automation: Set up a thank-you email triggered upon retainer payment and automated reminder emails for outstanding balances.
